This is the real deal; high quality juice and an unbelievably low price. Come and get it! About the label: Festival '34 was a major event in the California wine scene following the repeal of prohibition in 1933. This label pays homage this historic event. Tasting note: When crafting this wine, the winemaking team selected luscious fruit from the AVA's of Monterey and Paso Robles, two highly regarded wine growing regions. The majority of the wine was aged for over a year in French and American small oak barrels to add layers of complexity and to mellow the tannins. The winemaker blended in small amounts of Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petite Sirah to create a wine boasting with rich aromas and flavors. This wine is rich and satisfying, with raspberry and plum aromas and flavors with hints of cedar, mint and cassis. A structured mid-palate carries the fruit into the long finish.
